What is help? US is not helping Pakistan, they are forcing Pakistan to do them favor, and in international politics money is sometimes floated to get ones interests secured, Did US help North Korea or did North Korea help US when they caped their neuclear program?
So yes we hate america because there is nothing lovable being done by america.
Stop producing arms and killing humans and we will start loving you like i do my girl friend.
